For over 30 years we have been providing a quality learning environment for children aged between 2 and 4 years of age. We also run a Stay & Play group for children aged 0-3.

There are 10 members of staff, led by a highly experienced manager. Our staff are our greatest asset: they are a fantastic team qualified in working with Early Years children, each with their own strengths, which really get the best out of our children. We also have qualified teachers on our staff.

We are run by a committee of volunteers, all of which have (or have had) a child attending nursery. Our staff are highly qualified and motivated to provide the best for the children in our care, which was evidenced with our Good Ofsted report in October 2019.

Fundraising is absolutely vital to ensure that Mere Green 0-5 can continue to provide a high quality service to the community, so please support us where you can!

We have a hard working committee who organise various fundraising events throughout the year. Recent fundraisers have included Coffee Mornings, Cake Sales, Nearly New Sales and Fashion Shows.

We welcome new volunteers and are always open to be ideas and how to raise funds, so please get in touch if you can help.
